Even if that's not accurate, they could afford to even entertain the idea of buying/renting a house in LA where the average house costs under 1mil and rent is around $2.5k a month
Just for hilarious comparison's sake, the average cost of a house where I live in southern indiana is about $70k.
So, they're doin ok.
Their house is valued at almost 700k and estimated rent is 4k/month. I think this is the house we saw them decide on in that house hunters meets duggars crossover episode. It seems to be owned by someone associated with the seminary? I wonder if Jeremy got a deal for promoting the school. Either that or TLC is paying their rent.

Elisha - How would you pronounce the name?
I pronounce it as Elijah, because it’s a male name, but I’ve learnt that Elisha Cuthbert pronounces her name as Alicia.
Anyone know the ‘correct’ way to pronounce it? Is it normal for English speakers to pronounce a name differently because of the sex it’s associated with?

Elisha is pronounced like Alicia (el-eeesh-uh). Alicia and Elisha have different roots - Alicia is Germanic whereas Elisha is Hebrew. In the Bible, Elisha was a male disciple of Elijah.
My church always pronounced it like el-eye-shuh. Very similar to how Elijah was said, which was confusing for little kids trying to learn the differences between the two, but not exactly the same, because the sh and j did not have the same sound.
Now I’m looking it up and I’m finding sources corroborating both pronunciations......

Is it just me, or did they swap out Joe, Kendra and Addison with Josiah, Lauren and Bella and use the exact same backdrop, baby outfits and poses? Like, this photoshoot looks carbon copy, 100% identical to the Addison Duggar photoshoot.

Someone call CPS on this crazy woman. Also, the story about the MRI tech reeks of bs. If not, that person should be fired. There’s a thing called fluid build up, it comes and goes. The MRI tech is NOT a doctor. The MRI tech cannot make this decision. The MRI tech cannot go ‘I don’t feel it so it’s gone, Merry Christmas’, that’s not how it works.

Her story about the MRI tech is either made up or medical malpractice. Normally an MRI with contrast is safe unless you have certain other health concerns. If she is really against doing this test, she should talk to the doctor because there could be other tests that would be suitable like ultrasound or MRI without contrast. Just waiting and doing nothing when there is a lump on a kid’s spine is very irresponsible.
