The struggle is real
It’s been a week since this fight started. Tumblr just decided to block the login at browsers with their “it’s time to chante your password” - Microsoft deleted the email i used to create and confirm this account
The fact that i’ve been using this for over 4 years now says no to this sudden (i had like no warning and all this drama couldve been avoided.
I’m lucky because tumblr is still logged on my phone because otherwise i would probably just say goodbye to tumblr.
I sent an email askimg for help and at first i got slapped by a robotic answer. Then i was asked to sent a picture of myself with a small catchphrase and a permalink with a picture of me so they could confirm my identity. The answer was “we cant give you the login information”.
I dont need the information, i know my the information… Its my account. I just want to be able to login and continue using my tumblr.
I tried talking with them again and i’m still waitimg for my answer bit i’m really disappointed and i dont think they’ll help me.
This is really important to me and i had all these difficulties talking with the brazilian tumblr staff. Does anybody know how i talk/ask for help to the american staff? Seriously, i’m desperate.
