Reblog if it's OK for other artists to draw your OCs
Sometimes I get too timid to send asks to ask. I want to see how many people are ok with artists drawing their OCs!
I started a sketch and canāt finish it because I canāt decide who itās going to be-
Iām ashamed of how late Iām getting this stuff done- My wife is my only motivation-
Guys. I just started playing Stardew Valley out of nowhere while I was high because I found it on my friends PlayStation. And now I need help naming my farm. I donāt want it to be cheesy, but everything I come up with sounds bad to meeee š£š£š£
And yes, because I mentioned weed, I put a mature content warning on this just in case- Iām new here and not trying to anger the Tumblr gods
Edit: Help- I need to pick a type too? Did I make a mistake thinking this would be simple? š š

Another old pose Iāve got that I never used! Any ideas?
I actually sketched something! And Iām proud of it! I hope to make it a painting one day
[Apollo and Hyacinth]
I have this unused couple pose I sketched out ages ago and Iād like to finally do something with it!
Problem is, I have so many ships that itās hard to pick one! Send in ideas? Iām gonna drop a bunch of my fandoms in the tags!

Guess who woke up super sick! This guy!
Seriously though, this sucks-
The artists block is real. Anyone have any suggestions or drawing requests?
So guys- I donāt usually post stuff asking for follows or attention, but I used to be a twitch streamer. Played games like Oxenfree, Secret of the Mimic, and I had planned on playing Slime Rancher. I do PC and PS5. I fell out of it before I could do much with it because my depression got really bad for a few months, but Iām considering picking it back up. Would anyone here be interested in hearing those updates or supporting me there?
The idea of ābut everyone knows thatā needs to stop.
I saw a post about someone chiding Millennials for not knowing about JKRowlings transphobia, and asking how it is at all possible that people can exist in the world and the internet and, you know, not know.
Which I mean, I get. It is so present in so many of my online spaces that it seems astounding that someone could simply be ignorant! It feels impossible!
But let me tell you a story:
I went on a girls trip with a bunch of friends. All of us are rather incredibly liberal and all of us are incredibly online.
One girl would not stop talking about Harry Potter.
At one point, another girl asked her why she was ok with supporting it, and she had no real clue that JK Rowling was at all transphobic. She had heard that she likes to support Lesbian causes and thought āoh ok cool!ā And that was it. She was AGOG with the news and rather horrified.
I must once again emphasize that she was an incredibly online person. Sheās a foodie and a restaurant blogger.
Later in the trip we were picking restaurants and I suggested one I found on Google, and she gasped at me. Actually gasped, asking how I could ever be okay picking that one.
The shock mustāve been on my face, because she then told me all of the shitty things that restaurateur does. He abuses staff. Underpays them. Fires them on a whim. Is known for being one of the worst people to his employees in the entire restaurant business on this coast.
And she was so shocked I had never heard of this. Because in her mind, I was just as online as her. And in her online world, EVERYONE knew about this guy.
So I think the moral of this story is: always approach the other person with some empathy. Even online people, even people you think MUST know about how bad people are, may not have heard. It may truly be just them being on a different sphere of the internet than you.
So be gentle, be kind when letting people know they might not have heard about the cancellation of XYZ person. Donāt assume that everyone knows all the same info as you.
By all means, let them know so they can make informed decisions, but being kind will go a lot further than attacking them for some info they might not know yet.

In the second image he has a more pleasant expression and is saying āIām glad I told you that.ā
End ID]
I feel like this is an extremely important thing to remember. The internet is a really big place.
Also remember that the things you see are often curated by an algorithm of āyou enjoyed this, so hereās another thing we think youāll likeā . And that means everyoneās pages and experiences are based on personal details. Not everyone is in the same corner of the internet, so not everyone has heard all of the latest news.
Itās up to us to share and educate when we see the opportunity ā¤ļø
"Friends outside of Minnesota please read. I'm sharing a post written by a personal friend and medical doctor: Friends outside MN, you need to know what is happening here. Everyone knows that ICE shot and killed a woman here on Wednesday. But thatās not the only thing thatās going on:
ICE agents are cruising areas with immigrant-owned businesses, and kidnapping patrons and employees alike. Yesterday they abducted two US citizen employees at a suburban Target, one who was begging them to allow him to go get his passport to show them.
ICE is going door to door in immigrant-heavy neighborhoods, asking residents where their immigrant neighbors live. Read that again. If it sounds like something out of your high school history textbook, thatās because it is.
ICE is targeting schools and school buses. They pepper sprayed teenagers and abducted two school staff members at the high school up the street from me on Wednesday. Police are literally escorting school buses to ensure children can get to school and home safely. The Minneapolis Public Schools have moved to virtual learning for the next 4 weeks because itās unsafe for children or teachers to physically come to school.
They are targeting hospitals and clinics. Patients are scared and are cancelling their appointments or just not showing up. Kids are missing their checkups and vaccines, folks arenāt getting their cancer care, etc.
They are smashing windows in cars and homes.
ICE is increasingly picking up Native Americansāagain, targeting folks based on skin color alone.
They are arresting and beating legal observers. A friend of a friend had her arm broken yesterday. Folks are showing up at local hospitals, brought in in ICE custody, with severe injuries that are absolutely inconsistent with mechanism of injury reported by ICE. (Think: patient appears to have been beaten unconscious, while ICE agent says he slipped and fell.) I canāt emphasize enough that these ICE agents do not have warrants. There are 2,000+ agents here and they are simply hunting for anyone thatās not white. It doesnāt matter if youāre a citizen or a green card holder, they will kidnap you first and ask questions later. But the community is fighting back.
Protests are happening every day.
Community groups have been leading know-your-rights sessions for months, often to packed venues.
Whistles are being distributed by the thousands, carried on keychains and worn on coat zippers, always at the ready to be blown in warning if ICE is spotted.
Drivers are following ICE vehicles, blaring their horns in warning.
Businesses are locking their doors even while open to keep employees and customers safe. As I type this, Iām standing guard at the locked door of our neighborhood burrito joint while I wait for my takeout order, so the employees can focus on their jobs. The place is packed with neighbors supporting this small business.
Anti-ICE signs are posted everywhere. The community is making it crystal clear that ICE is not welcome here.
Parents and neighbors are standing guard outside schools, organizing carpools, and escorting kids to and from school on foot.
Parents of kids in Spanish-immersion daycare (there are a LOT of these daycares here!) are keeping their kids home so the teachers donāt have to take the risk of coming to work.
Churches and community groups are holding fundraisers to buy and deliver groceries to families who donāt feel safe leaving home.
Mutual aid money is going out to folks who canāt make rent because they canāt work or because a breadwinner was abducted, or who need a warm place to stay after their homeās windows were smashed. THAT is what is happening here. This fight is ongoing and itās horrifying to watch. But we are not backing down. To my friends in other cities and states, donāt think for a minute that this wonāt happen in your town. It will. Be ready. Learn from us, as we have learned from Portland and Chicago and New York. Fight back. Donāt let us get to the last line of Martin Niemollerās poem.ā -Grant Boulanger
