Please stick to the list I’ve made, but of course, you can ask if there’s some other characters I write for, I don’t always remember all the shows, movies or books I’ve consumed over the years and I’m sure I’m missing a lot 😅

I’ve been thinking about a lot of things that I want to cook but my knees they’ve just been giving me so much grief 🫠 what’s your favourite things to eat and NO a protein bar on the job doesn’t count 😆🙈 mine is lemon cheesecake is mine! ~ with love from G

Sorry to hear your knees are being difficult. Put pillows under them when you sleep to elevate them. Hopefully takes the pressure off.

Mine would be a bagel. Depends on the mood I’m in when it comes to what I have on it.

Bagels sound nice, so does lemon cheesecake. I think my favorite is overnight oats with either chocolate or vanilla and mango. My wife used to make them for me. And they’re really easy to make.

To Dana! I start my nursing classes next week! I am inspired by you and so many of the wonderful nurses I work alongside in EVS. Nurses are so under appreciated and understaffed. I applaud the nurses in NYC that are striking against mount Sinai and so many other major hospitals right now as they march toward safer working conditions and patient safety! So often is nursing gone without a thank you so thank you to you for what you do and for inspiring me to further my education.

I so proud of you kid do going towards your goal. Thank you so much for your kind words! You’re really sweet. I too am very proud of all of the nurses who are fighting for their rights and their safety. I was really happy when the New York nurses won.

I’ll wish you all the good luck on your nursing school journey. And I can’t wait to have you in the midst of all those past, present and future in our thankless but giving field.

I don’t know if you really celebrate the holiday or not, but either way you shouldn’t be alone this time of year. Storybrooke looks especially beautiful all covered with snow and decked out in lights. Plus they’re gonna light the big tree in the town square. If you’d like to, we could get some warm mulled wine and rum cake and take in the town’s festivities. And Granny was more than kind enough to offer a room for the night, so we can warm up by the fire afterwards. What say you?

Merry Christmas Emma! 🎄❄️🦢

You absolutely deserve to experience a real Christmas. And seeing Storybrooke glow with lights and snow makes it especially magical. So if you want to, we could check out the town’s holiday festival. Maybe grab some hot cocoa (with extra cinnamon 😉) along with one of Granny’s pies, and take in the sights. We could even see the tree in the town square being lit. Afterwards, we could head home and sit by the fire with a Christmas movie of your choice. What do you think?

hi Dr. abbot! how are you doing? thanksgiving is always a weird time :(. I screwed up my knee while climbing and wore a knee brace to dinner which kinda sucked but whatever. how was your thanksgiving? :)

Thanksgiving, like any holiday for emergency medical workers, is always busy. More busy than usual.

I’m good though. Got to see some old buddies of mine at the VA before clocking in early at the Pitt to help Robby and the others out.

I hope your knee gets better soon. Sucks to have to wear a brace at any given moment. But during the holidays must be worse.

To Langdon and Robbie

Hi, it’s me again the person who sent about the sciatic flare. Got some news, I found out the back pain it’s a lipoma I’ve had for a while but it’s moved and gotten to a size of five 5cm, pressing with L shape pressure on my spinal column and sciatic nerve and has gotten worse. I’m getting neuropathy and muscle spasms with some varying weakness in my leg now. I have to have surgery soon to have it excised and this is all so much.

I need a hug as well🥲

Dr. Abbot, can I have a hug? I am tired :(

I finished a musical I was doing, Alice By Heart. It was actually really good. I was Harold Pudding and the Mad Hatter and it was really fun :). I got a solo and some other stuff. My characters were cool! Pudding is a soldier who has hallucinations and mania because of a subdural hematoma + cerebral edema + PTSD he got from a grenade. Sorry he's kind of my new hyperfixtation I love him so much.

Regarding Joe Velasco, what does he admire most in his partner? And what does his partner admire most in Joe?

My favorite thing about anyone I've dated, will be how kind they are. Also how they treat service industry people (waiters, baristas, etc). Would also be nice if they liked football (the non American one) 😅

As for what they admire in me, I hope it's my wanting to do better in this world, my need to protect those around me, strangers or close companions.
