I’ve missed a couple days of daily diary.

Today is my 24th birthday.

Every birthday always feels sad. I get sad I’m getting older but also I get sad I don’t have a birthday party , I don’t get birthday messages. I just I wish I felt important and feel like I mattered.

Daily Diary 4/28/26

Worked today from 10-6:00 , got home around 6:30. Had some pretty cool patients today so that always makes the day better.

One downside was this morning before I left for work, went outside to find part of my backyard fence fell down last night in the storms… very annoying.

Spent the rest of my evening eating pizza and watching YouTube while getting a little bit of Japanese studying in!

DAILY DIARY 4/27/2026

Pretty uneventful day.

Watched movies and YouTube all day and just took life easy.

My husband brought home pizza for dinner.

Went and got a super yummy milkshake to end off the night.

Gonna spend the rest of this rainy night in bed and prepare for work tomorrow. I wish weekends lasted forever

Thanksgiving (2023) review

⭐⭐⭐.5

I was excited to check this film out as thanksgiving is not a holiday that is commonly expressed in horror movies. This film wasn't bad by any means but wasn't the best in the world. The concept of this film was for sure interesting and I enjoyed that it touched on how big of a thing black friday was. In todays world, black friday is obsolete because you can shop online and the sales last all month. So i enjoyed this movie paid homage to in the 2010's era, how big it was to physically shop on black friday. Obviously if you've seen this film, chaos ensued at this black friday sale..

The reveal at the end was personally a shock to me. I was not expecting the reveal and I was interested in the "why" john carver is doing what he is doing.

I also love the design of John Carver. His design is simple but super effective. I am interested in getting the neca figure. This is another film im going to add to my collection.

HELLFEST REVIEW 2018

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Today I rewatched Hellfest , I watched this when it originally came out in theaters in 2018 and it’s always been one of those movies that crosses my mind every so often. I decided to do a rewatch today and honestly I enjoyed it even more this time than the first time.

I always LOVED the concept of this film. I love haunted houses and the concept of a killer being in these haunted houses is insane. Honestly after the first watch I was scared to go into a haunted house for a bit just because of this movie and thinking about honestly how easy it would be for something like this to really happen.

The vibes , the pacing , and the scares in this film are immaculate. I enjoyed all of the characters as well and their dynamic.

This will be another movie I’m thrilled to add to my physical collection!

Daily Diary 4/26/2026

Today I relaxed and cleaned. Sundays are my reset day. Thankfully I also have Mondays off as well but Sundays are normally my cleaning days. I also relaxed outside and got my back porch area finished!! MY GARDEN BED HAS ITS FIRST SPROUTS!!!!!!!

My day is ending by watching movies , YouTube and laying with my dog.

Texas chainsaw massacre (2003)

Rating: ★★★★★

So good. Classic early 2000's horror vibes. I appreciate how this movie depicts leatherface and keeps to the theme of him killing under the manipulation of his family in order to protect them. Overall i'd recommend this film.

Cannot wait to add this film to my physical collection!

ALSO found the neca leatherface pretty woman figure yesterday and I'm obsessed.
