Another favorite from our trip to Texas! Not only did the can catch our eye but the TASTE was where we really fell in love! Marco IPA (7.0% ABV) is brewed by Zilker Brewing Co. out of Austin, TX. This American IPA features El Dorado and Simcoe hops! As described by Zilker Brewing, “Burnt orange in color, it has a substantial and complex malt profile. Powerful aromatics of tropical fruit and pine, from extensive dry hopping, will welcome you. A warm, bready malt character quickly washes away the initial bitterness, and then gives way to the resinous hops. We tried a lot of great beers down in Austin but this one was definitely a favorite. Electric Jellyfish IPA (6.5% ABV) is brewed by Pinthouse Pizza out of Austin, TX. As described by the brewers “Electric Jellyfish enjoys a bright tropical citrus character along with notes of orange, lemon, lychee and a floral backbone. Through all the things our eyes have seen the best by far is BREW! This IPA was brewed by 3 Brasseurs out of Montréal, Québec. As described by 3 Brasseurs, “Our IPA features an abundance of Cascade and Amarillo hops, combined with pale malt and crystal malt.
