Apparently, people get offended when you treat them the way they treated you.

I still care about you a lot, and I’d be a liar if I said that I don’t miss you, but I just don’t know if you’re what I want anymore. Maybe you still are, but maybe I’m still just a sucker that can’t figure out how to let things go.

My arm is rather small as compared to my body after equal training of all body parts for 1 year. via /r/Fitness
After training for awhile, i feel my body grew thickness when viewed from the side, but my arm looks pretty mediocre. Any suggestions on what can i do better to build a bigger arm? I heard about wrist size being proportionate to how large our arms can get, but i dont know if it is true or not. I have a reeeeaaaally small wrist. I’m 20 and I weigh only 125 pounds. My diet is the normal “more meat more vegetables normal carbs low fats”. This is my usual (i may switch muscle groups between days like back day swapped with leg day, but this is the general idea) routine for my training for the past year:
Most of the times i do rotations like day 1,2,3, 1,2,3 into mon,tue,wed thur,fri,sat and rest on sundays. %nbsp;
Day 1
Chest:
bench or dumbell presses 8reps x 4
Push ups 10reps x 4
Flys 10reps x 4
Bicep:
bar curls 8reps x 4
hammer curls 8reps x 4
Day 2
Back:
Lats pulldown 6-8reps x 4
seated rows 8reps x 4
Triceps:
Weighted dips (15 pounds only) 8reps x 4
bodyweight tricep extension 8reps x 4
Day 3
Legs:
Squats 8reps x 4
Leg press 8reps x 4
Calf raises 10reps x 4
Shoulders:
Shoulder presses 8reps x 4
Lateral raises 8reps x 4
ABS are included in every session.
I really want to know what can i do to get larger arms, be it transitioning to calisthenics, eating more, whatever.
