The missing eye represents a wish or goal that hasn't been fulfilled, but on the actual dolls is filled in once it reaches fruition. Sigilyph was a close contender for favorite Flying, but I think Xatu wins because I like the color palette, and fond memories of doodling Xatu in the past. I *did* have a Heliolisk.
