I am a graduate from the culinary arts program and I want to become a Red Seal Chef one day. Hi! I'm currently in a culinary program at my high school and am thinking about going to culinary school. I was wondering what it's like and if it is worth all the time, money, and effort to go.

Personally, Culinary School was probably one of the best decisions of my life. I made new friends, it showed me how big the culinary world really is (I never knew there is a Culinary Olympics), and it’s more than just cooking. It also involves theory, business, human resource, management, and so on.I felt I got a lot in return from Culinary. The program helped set us up to get into what and where we wanted to go in our Culinary endeavors. If you really want a future in cooking and want to be a really great cook, chef, or both, then I would definitely recommend the Culinary Arts.
