He is spewing his negativity, the wasteful thoughts out instantaneously. Thus, maintaining his positive self without keeping negativity within himself. We, on the other hand, keep it in and let it rot us. Thet turns more and more negative, finally, resulting in some disease and eventually, death. We rather look at what is making him spew that negativity and remove that.
