In the making of energy bars 1:1:1 dried dates, dried fruit or berries, nuts + few tablespoons of chia seeds Whack everything in a food prosessor until a ball is formed. Spread on a plate and refigerate. Cut into desired pieces.

Lentil soup for ~3 servings

4 dl water 1 big onion 1 garlic clove 3 carrots 1,5 dl red lentils 400 g canned tomatoes 5-10 pcs allspice 1 veggie stock cube 4 dried bay leaves

Chop veggies into cold water and bring it to boil. Rinse lentils with cold water. Add lentils, spices and tomatoes. Cook until lentils and carrots are done.

Probably not the quickest food to cook, but good for e.g. to be reheated on a daytrip.
