i just really hope all of you find someone who is really cool that you can love and have sex with and all that shit but you can also talk politics and about evolution. someone you don’t cling to at parties but you nonchalantly grab their ass when you walk by them in the crowd and someone you reach for at 2am in between dreams to cuddle.

i get asked a lot about what food i eat. it can be hard to answer cause i eat a lot of different types of things! so here’s an example of a meal i’ll have that you can make with your own twist! two things i’ve learned over prepping and counting macros: 1. be creative with healthy foods: it doesn’t have to be boring 2. VOLUME is key (especially on those low carb days) here’s an example of a huge plate of fried “rice” for dinner but with killer macros: 20c/5f/13p - 180g cauliflower (raw and blended into a rice. it doesnt have much of a flavor, so cauliflower is great for volume because it will take the flavor of whatever you cook it with) - 1 cup of Trader Joe’s Asian veggie mix - 1 egg - 2 tbsp soy sauce sautee ‘rice’ and veggies together, scramble in the egg, add soy sauce, salt, pepper, and there ya go! it’s a full dinner sized plate of one of my favorite foods. you can make it your own with whatever sauces, veggies, more/less eggs, etc to fit your macros 🍴 #prep #npc #npcbikini #RoadToNationals #miami

250 calories and 1g of fat vs. 1,920 and 192g of fat!
I do not like salad unless it is covered in toppings and ranch dressing, which completely defeats the purpose of course. But let’s compare the two ranches above. One I just made that is super delicious and tastes even better than the normal stuff and one from Kraft.
Per bottle:
Calories: 250 vs. 1,920
Fat: 1g vs. 192g
Carbs: 32g vs. 32g
Protein: 27g vs. 0g
Yup, the entire bottle (or jar in this case) is only 250 calories and 1g of fat!
Recipe: 1 cup plain greek yogurt, ½ cup 1% milk, 1 packet hidden valley ranch dry mix. Whisk it up and enjoy!
