Hi I am Ethan Slyder I work in theater as a SM/actor/director and People have been telling to get a tumblr so I decided to do one on what I know best and that would be being GAY! Change MUST Happen.

Laziness just does not fly with me. I tried to be nice about it all but I just can not stand to see my friend balling his eyes out to me about how he just feels like he can not go on because his job is draining everything he has in him. He is so valuable to this place and you treat him like a slave. You are throwing away your talent here and so is he. I just want to see this place work but its not going to. I only told you what you needed to know because I am your friend and I want to see you go places and not wither away to nothing but that is creeping up real fast. Listen to my words, I may be young but I have done a lot in my life and I know what I am talking about when there needs to be change from all sides.

Just the truth.

Ok I guess I need to say this since today is the day that everything is coming out from everyone. When I first heard about Myers Dinner Theatre I thought it was a really nice place and a business that was well off. But since coming here I have learned a few things. It's a failing business and the problem is those in charge do not know how to run it, the atmosphere is half hearted and sad, the town its located in has nothing to offer and the attitudes here suck. On top of all of this the theatre refuses to branch out and you can not run a business that way. 

As for the Christian atmosphere its nice but if you are going to choose your shows on if the show will offend your audience then there is one thing that is going to happen, your audience will die off and your business will fail. I am from a theater that has the same type of audience as Myers and it has a very diverse selection of content and yes it offends some people but it draws in some of those people who would not have come with out it. 

I am sorry to say it but unless this place changes its going to die and I really do not want to see that happen. I can say that I have enjoyed my time here but I am very disappointed in what this place has to offer cause its not much.
