OKAY
so my personal trainer said, that i got to be 64 tops.
And i was 74 again in the morning. after the breakfast though.
I mean, I really want to be superfit and sexy and stuff but is it real. I gotta try to eat clean, work out and I’ll see. My target is 68 though. I mean, it’s freaking difficult to achieve 68. How am I supposed to lose 10?
