Okay it’s about 2 pm. I never did do my glutes and ab exercises, like i wanted to. However I guess i’ll get there. I made deviled eggs this morning and it was so hard not to taste test. I have taken 4 vitamins: Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Fish Oil, and Olive Leaf. I decided to do this 48 hr water fast pretty much last night so it was bad of me not to prep the day before. Taking vitamins, just gives me some of the essential nutrition I get from food. I’ve wanted to eat a couple times, but then I can’t finish this journal on my vlog, so that’s been the only thing keeping me going! I’ll update later tonight!
