It happens during completely random times if it's not because of trauma. Yes, even during rounds.
Little age range just goes from 2-4. If he's feeling more stressed, then he'll become 0-1.

Is convinced he's big, saying stuff like "'M big wike Eifeww Tawew!" "Naht tainee! 'M big boy!" "Ai'm widewawwy tawwew dan yu! Nat smaww!" ...not very convincing, Bluu.
Incredibly skilled in the art of rough-housing.
His main CGs: 007n7 [dada/baba] is his primary CG, when he isn't available Pr3ttypriincess [sissy/Priiny] rolls in, and VERY, VERY RARELY C00lkidd [bubby/c00wy]
Has a ram plush called "Azy" (pronounced ah-zee). When little he uses it a lot. But when he's big it's literally his most prized possession. He hides it like his life depend on it.
Owns a blue bear onesie he 100% wears when regressed
Loves to destroy stuff once he builds with blocks. You better believe he has blue building blocks
Loves blue stuff. If smth is blue, he will want it immediately. Blue paci, blue blankie, blue stickers, blue stim toys. I want my blue yo-yo back/silly
Extremely prone to tantrums when he doesn't get what he wants, especially when he regresses because of the road. Source: the road is his trauma trigger because of The Incident.
Nicknames he adores from least to most preferred: kid, kiddo, fella, baby, darling, honey, cupcake, honeybee, baby prince, prince, baby bee, bee, branny, bran-bran, bran, little prince, muffin, sweetheart*, angel*, little one*, my sweet angel*
- the nicknames with asterisks remind him of 008n8. He will immediately get all cuddly with you saying "mumma .. mumma..", especially on vulnerable moments. He WILL bawl.
^ Given that note, please don't call him "little one" he will sob on the damn spot
Loves playing stim vids on his switch (it's blue)
Loves rough play, he'll tackle you a lot
Loves rams. They're his favorite animal
Has his paci with him at all times. You better believe it's blue.
When he's in a round as bluudud and he regresses due to stress, he just huddles by himself deep in some secret spot and waits for it to pass.
^ If another killer is with him in the same round, they will notice because he absolutely SUCKS at hiding his regression
