Feeling pretty calm and relaxed right now, for once I have the chance to stay still and it's not a bad thing. My anxiety goes off now and again and says " you're lost, things aren't moving, we're gonna fall behind, we're gonna fail"

But in reality I am so safe and secure, I finally have this chance for myself to sit with myself and love life and just be in the moment and live it. Not worrying about the future or what happened in the past. To be present 🪷

I am so grateful.
