Now that authors for this year’s Ladystuck are officially revealed, I can finally post this here! My recipient, cancerously, (who may be the same as cancerously, we’re not sure?) wanted Disciple <> Redglare and boy howdy was I more than willing to deliver.

I pushed myself a lot with this project — I’ve never painted digitally like this before. It was worth it for the visual metaphor of the art style changing corresponding with Redglare’s maturation and with knowing the Disciple giving her life depth and color.
