○Player got their wing and burn scars from an accident at the age of 10-11 wherein their orphanage caught fire. By the time they were rescued their wings were too far gone, having protected player from the worst of the fire, and had to be fully amputated.
○Player's face scar is half burn half impact.
○ depending on which sword is used most, that effect will be more prominent.
○ some swords have a far greater mental influence, most predominantly the ghost walker. As an effect of murdering your own emotions everything tends to feel less real. Player will tend to have extreme emotional highs and lows due to this.
○ The wind force tends to make feel player a bit weird due to the reintroduction of wings. It's a good help for the phantom pain tho.

i've absorbed the headcanon that griefer and pest are siblings into my being and now it's a totally canon thing in my au
despite the shouting, insults, and rude hand gestures they throw at each other, griefer and pest are pretty close. they were the kind of siblings that'd fight over everything but their relationship mellowed out as they got older... well, mellow to their standards at least.

Anyway! What's supposed to be going on, is player had just finished the fight with mysterious figure. Yay! Bilderman is now safe to be rescued!
Player had been on this mission for about a month without contact back home (koyo, Greifer, n such) and was promptly wiscked away once M.F. was killed. Anticipating such, Player gave Greifer their red bandana/scarf thing as a last good bye that month earlier. (hence why they don't have in the cilp)
I was trying to show all of the swords' effects (sans illumina); ice, leaves, horns, fire, a cloud, and dark cracks on the chest.
In summary, player is sleep deprived, every tipe of exhausted, mildly concussed, and is going back to the right time. Thus, is hallucinating some friendly faces. >_>

On his day off, Griefer decides to hang out with his friend/co-worker, Player. As he watches them play video games with their roommate, Passenger, they fill him in on the juicy tenant drama that's been going on in their complex for the past months.

Player: So, I told you about the neighbors that live next door, right?

Player: The creepy guy with the fire axe, the drugged up war vet, and that computer NEET who keeps clogging our mail with his packages. Basically, they all moved in together and act batshit crazy.
Player: Well, the blue guy's trying to sober up the vet, get him clean and stuff. He's got a weird savior complex because the NEET guy used to eat out of our garbage and he said "Yeah. Let this guy move in too."
Passenger: Dude, c'mon. Don't dog on the neighbor like that. He was a discharge from the hospital and they just left him out there. I feel bad for him... I heard something that his house was condemned and he didn't have any family to turn to... something about his mom I think. I doubt he has friends either...
Player: Okay, okay, I wasn't picking on him, alright? Killing the vibe, man...
Player: Something, something, grapevine. Also they're loud as fuuuck dude, I'll hear them screaming their heads off past three. Drives the downstairs neighbors crazy, then one of them comes up the stairs and starts yelling at them and keeps our rent low.
Passenger: That's the throuple right? The monk, that diver guy, and the explorer dude.
Player: Yeah! Those guys are super chill, especially the priest.
Passenger: Monk.
Player: Who cares. They're kind of annoying trying to get everybody on the planet to go to church. They even got that druggie vet roped into their holy-baloney. I mean, whatever gets bro sober. I think I saw his friend go there once too, it's like a curse bro.
Passenger: God you're negative...
Player: I'm not! I'm just keeping a dark humor about it, because this shit's depressing! You've seen how creepy that guy acts, who knows what goes on behind closed doors... I don't know what his deal is, but somebody's gotta keep tabs on him.
Passenger: I dunno, he seems like a chill guy. It's the other guy that gives me the creeps. He started acting weird after going on that road trip with his roommate. That's when the fighting really ramped up. Something's going on with him, hope he sorts it out.
