Webkinz Classic or Webkinz Next. Zero ads. Making an account is free (You no longer have to have a Webkinz plushie to play like you had to years ago). Take care of your pet, play mini games, dress them up, and decorate their room.

Pokémon Smile. Zero ads. Cute app that functions as a timer/guide for brushing your teeth better. Every time you brush your teeth you catch a Pokémon. It can also give you reminders to brush your teeth.
