All ships and Gen work welcome. All types of fanworks welcome (Fic, art, meta, moodboards, edits, etc). All ratings of fic welcome. Don’t worry late entries will be reblogged and accepted etc.

This is a fic exchange, signing up to prompt is also signing up to be matched lyrics to write a fic for.
Timeline
Sign-ups open - 8th November
Sign ups will be done by a google form. For this, we will need at least one method of communicating with you (via Discord, Tumblr, or email)
The form will ask for favourite themes/tropes, characters and relationships, no goes/don’t wants, and NOTPs. You must be open to giving and receiving gifts without a romantic or sexual relationship.
Participants will provide five different lyrics (these must be a small selection) and tell us what song these are from and the artist. You are welcome to add in further details such as any characters or ships that come to mind, but the prompt filler does not need to use these in the gift. They must, however, bear in mind the broader information you give. You are encouraged to give a variety of prompts (e.g. a mix of artists and themes)
Lyric prompts are shared - 22nd November
Anonymous lyrics prompts will be shared. Around this time we will also hold a listening party on our discord server. You are encouraged to listen to all the songs during this time as you might find you want to select something you might have otherwise dismissed (e.g. a song you’ve never heard or listened to properly).
Lyric prompt selections open - 29th November
This next stage will also be done by a Google form. You will be asked to select every prompt you would be happy to fill.
Lyric prompt selections close - 6th December
Matching - 6th December
We will match you with a giftee. Initially, we will look at which prompts have been selected, if there is flexibility with matching, we’ll then consider favourite characters/relationships/themes.
Submission - 6th February
Posting - 14th February
Rules
Gifts must feature a marauders era character or characters
Fics must be a minimum of 1000 words
The use of AI is not permitted in this event
This is an exchange, so please let us know if you cannot complete your gift as soon as possible so we can find a pinch hitter.
It is not necessary to use the lyrics within the gift, or to follow the song religiously. The lyrics are for inspiration. Please do not get hung up on the genders/pronouns in the lyrics or song
