i love a lot of things, but my main interests for a few years have been honkai star rail and milgram. i also love vocaloid and vocal synth in general. i honestly like a little bit of everything, it'd take a while for me to list it all and then i'll end up forgetting something anyway :'D

my mbti is isfj (for a while i've thought it's intp, but then i bothered to actually learn about cognitive functions and isfj definitely sounds a lot more like me haha), and my enneagram is 6w5. if i had to describe my temperament, i'd say it's sanguine-phlegmatic.

i'm a self-shipper and i have a lot of f/os (romantic, familial and platonic), but my main romantic one FOR A WHILE (since like his first appearance ever and early leaks) has been sunday from honkai star rail. this may sound silly, but i take it very seriously and to me, it genuinely feels like a real relationship, and i refer to him as my partner irl too. this is very embarrassing, but i just felt like it had to be said >< if it makes you uncomfortable, i completely understand, so block me if needed!
i have. a lot of mental issues. and i am unfortunately that one mutual who constantly goes through Situations. i try not to talk about my problems too much, but just know that i sometimes really need to vent. i have a separate tag for it now, so please, block this tag if needed.

found the most beautiful neck stretch and i'm yoinking directly:
Sit or stand upright.
Overlap your hands and place them on your breast bone.
Tilt your head upward and slightly to the left until you feel a gentle stretch along the front and side of the neck.
Hold for 10 seconds.
Repeat on the other side, tilting your head up and slightly to the right.
Stretch each side three times.
also helpful for my mild lordosis: glide your head backward so your ears are over your shoulders, or as far as is comfortable (your chin will tuck slightly as you do this). hold for 6 seconds, relax up to 10 seconds, and repeat 2-4 times
