Rescheduling Linkllen Week
The mods got together yesterday to discuss linkllen week and, well, how it’s not going.
There’s no content and we didn’t do a great job in promoting or pushing so everyone could know, so we unanimously decided to reschedule linkllen week!
We’ll make a new post to reblog and share, but the new starting date is April 25th, one week after the new dgm chapter!
Going forward, we’ll also be posting daily linkllen content! Headcanons, aus, etc about linkllen.
For anyone who’s already posted their work, we’ll still reblog it here, but now everyone has two more weeks to prepare and finish all their projects!

Not to be rude or anything, but the fact that these prompts are so similar to poker pair week honestly makes it feel like people are forced to choose which event they want to participate in. I really want to do both, but I feel like the ideas will either be too similar, or even the exact same one, just recycled. It seems kind of unfair to me.
Hi there! Glad to hear you voicing your concerns.
While we came up with our prompt concept without paying mind to Poker Pair Week, we did later notice the similarity to their second prompt set. However, we remain confident in the choice of our prompts for the following reasons:
- The chemistry between Allen/Tyki and Allen/Link are different by volumes, and therefore two stories for the ‘same’ prompt should bear little semblance. You can’t cut and paste these pairs into the same scenarios.
- The Seven Heavenly Virtues complement/contrast isn’t present in Poker Pair Week, offering an entire separate prompt to choose.
- Poker Pair week is literally using three sets of prompts, of which the Seven Deadly Sins is just one.
Ultimately, we chose these prompts from a place of thematic interest - moral/religious conflict and sin vs. virtue is a recurring idea among these two - and are excited to see what artists and writers alike create.

Hey, everyone! I know some of you have been waiting for this, and with April finally coming around we’ve finalized the prompts! Thank you all so much for your patience!
There are no rules for participation, but please tag your work ‘linkllenweek2018′ so we can reblog it to this blog! Art and writing are both amazing.
The theme is Deadly Sins/Heavenly Virtues! They’re paired together for a little more flexibility (and also to avoid copying Poker Pair week.)
