My strong little lady, Link, went through surgery yesterday to get her ovaries and the eggs she wasn't laying out, and she's doing great today! She's still drugged out, but gonna come home later. She's not out of the woods yet though. The vet noticed some pretty nasty liver disease, so we're going to need to keep working to get my girl healthy. Thoughts and prayers for my little girl!
Mama has an 8:45 class, so I get to be up when she's up!
Erfquake!!!
Ok so I’ve covered why you should not actually clone your pet. But to be honest, I’m not sure how many of you were actually considering dropping 50 G’s for the procedure. Still, maybe you want some sort of memory of a pet who passed away. So let me tell you about CUDDLE CLONES
Basically it’s this company that will make a PLUSH replica of your pet. A cat, dog or horse is $249, and smaller animals like rabbits and guinea pigs are $179.Â
In addition to being much cheaper than actual cloning, it doesn’t require any invasive surgery on innocent surrogate ovum donors and mom dogs! Note that this isn’t the only company that does something like plush replicas, for example Feltpets will make your animal out of felt.
But OK Cuddle Clones look particularly quality to me, look at how close they look to the original
they also do figurines
Furthermore, they’ll do any animal you like
cat? dog? horse? gerbil? donkey? it don’t matter to cuddle clones, they will MAKE YOU THAT PLUSH
Also, they donate money to animal-related charities Did I mention they will do any animal? it doesn’t even have to be real. it can be the fursona you made when you were 14 for deviantart
hell, they’ll make your How to Train Your Dragon OC if you want it
Cuddle Clones is there for you, and i need one of my blob monster pleaseÂ
That might actually be really helpful for some people.
I have checked the site to see what other animals they have done, and they have made many birds, fish, and turtles before! In case anybody had any worries on what animals they’ll do.

I have been researching a bit on why my gecko doesn’t often come out of her warm hide. I tried some things, like providing more cover and enrichment, but she still doesn’t want to come out. Then I saw a video saying that if they’re in a loud environment during the day, they don’t get enough sleep and can sleep in the evening. Link’s tank is situated in our dining room (open plan with our kitchen and family room), and across from the door to our backyard (opened frequently to let dogs outside). I’m starting to worry that the environment is too loud or too cold for her, and think it may be better for her if I moved her to my bedroom, where it is quieter during the day, and the temperature is more consistant. Does this sound like something that would benefit my gecko? Is there anything else I can do to make her feel more comfortable/happy?
stopped working on the new years comic 2 make this.
im not joking btw.
D&G (dungeons and geckos)
Happy geckin' new years!!!
Do you know of any cool enrichment ideas for leopard geckos?
DO I EVER!!!
Climbing things - fake plants, little ramps (turtle ramps are SUPER COOL), heck even just lego blocks stacked in interesting fashions.Â
New Feeders - give your gecko a new nom. Not only is it a different flavor, it’s also an entirely different hunting technique! I love watching my leos watch crickets and try to figure out how to eat them.Â
Hunting Grounds - I also like building tiny paper cities, putting the feeders in them, and then letting the lizard hunt them down. Don’t judge. Every gecko deserves to feel like a kaiju at least once.
Digging! - set up a little box of dirt for the gecko. Let them dig and be a gecko. The dirt should be fertilizer free and as organic as possible.
Different textures - just give them stuff to check out. Different kinds of fabric tend to fascinate (probably not the right word) geckos. They just really seem interested in checking out new things.Â
my leopard gecko hasn’t eaten for over a week so i took him to the vet. vet said he’s extremely healthy and the reason he’s not eating is likely due to him entering breeding season early
i paid $97 to learn that my gecko won’t eat because he’s too fucking horny do anything
can you imagine someone handing you a burger and you being like “i can’t eat this i’m too fucking horny"
i trust himÂ
The only cop I trust
How are you comfortable child???? Why?

Hey reptiblr, im having a small problem with Link. She still isnt eating as normally as she was earlier this year. She used to refuse to eat anything except superworms, so it may be time to switch, but i tried crickets recently too and she wasnt about it. I cant have dubias in the house because my mom, and i have heard things like butterworms and waxworms are treats not to be fed regularly (not that she will eat them). Any advice to get her to eat, or any other feeders i should try? Last time she ate was 2-3 weeks ago.
