Fuck anyone who’s ever made you feel like you were hard to love.
lowkey thankful for that unhealthy relationship i had because it taught me never to let someone fuck me up like that again

When your head hits the pillow tonight, remind yourself that you’ve done a good job. You are headed down your path at your own pace, and with every obstacle you are trying your utmost best. Be patient with yourself, and remember that big things are achieved not all at once, but one day at a time.
anyone want to lay in a field of flowers with me?
Six simple rituals: 1. Drink a glass of water when you wake up. Your body loses water while you sleep, so you’re naturally dehydrated in the morning. A glass of water when you wake helps start your day fresh. 2. Define your top 3. Every morning ask yourself, “What are the top three most important tasks that I will complete today?” Prioritizes your day accordingly and don’t sleep until the Top 3 are complete. 3. The 50/10 Rule. Solo-task and do more faster by working in 50/10 increments. Use a timer to work for 50 minutes on only one important task with 10 minute breaks in between. Spend your 10 minutes getting away from your desk, going outside, calling friends, meditating, or grabbing a glass of water. 4. Move and sweat daily. Regular movement keeps us healthy and alert. It boosts energy and mood, and relieves stress. 5. Express gratitude. Gratitude fosters happiness. Each morning, think of at least five things you’re thankful for. In times of stress, pause and reflect on these things. 6. Reflect daily. Bring closure to your day through 10 minutes of reflection. Asks yourself, “What went well?” and “What needs improvement?”

I am obsessed with becoming a woman comfortable in her skin.

who needs sleep when u can listen to sad music and dissociate for 6 hours straight
The diversities in you guys are what makes music possible. So thank you for being yourselves.
Never forget that you are the protagonist of your own story
and the antagonist of someone else’s!
And a possible love interest in some other peoples! 0u0
This might just be the single most inspiration thing I have ever seen on the internet.
You are also a supporting character to a lots of people’s stories. You might even be the kind stranger who unintentionally turns someone’s life around for the better.
GIRLS ACTUALLY DO THIS
WHEN WE GET REALLY HAPPY LIKE THAT
WE SMILE
AND CANT STAY STILL
AND GET A LIL BIT EMBARRASSED ABT IT
BOYS DO IT TOO
I CAN CONFIRM
this is so true
Not wanting to date someone because you aren’t physically attracted to them doesn’t make you an asshole.
Wanting to sit at home watching TV instead of hanging out with people doesn’t make you an asshole.
Cutting off a friendship that was not satisfying to you doesn’t make you an asshole.

I crave the taste of your lips, your hands upon my hips. I crave your smile and your existence, I crave your darkness and your innocence. I crave you, I crave every part of you each and every day.
