I’m back! I’ve been off work so taken a break off blogging and Tumblr but back tomorrow so thought I’d do an update!
I’ve not been working out a huge amount these last two weeks. Just lots of walking and a few runs plus one long cycle.
Anyway, today has been great. 15k run (9 miles) and almost 3k calorie burn! Plus, weighed in and I’m down to 71 kg so that’s a few off in total the past few weeks.
Aim for November is to try and save some money and keep calories on point using Huel for 1-2 meals p/day and try and get under the 70 kg Mark

My salad today was the dream!
The last 3 weeks. Worked hard in all of them, just consistently in the first one and you can see the first one is almost double the active calories!!
What do you struggle with most when it comes to consistency? I find some days just too busy with work that I simply don’t have enough hours in the day but when I make time, hard but achievable, then I see the efforts pay off.

Plan for this week:
Bike is needing a puncture repair and going on holiday from Wednesday so need to stick to this plan. ✅ walk to work Monday and Tuesday ✅ run home Monday evening ✅ run home Tuesday evening followed by sister boot camp
Holiday in the Scottish Mountains from Wednesday to Friday but going to try get my 10,000 steps in p/day plus our cycles on the trails. 😊

THEN: weigh in and hope for the best!
Thursday update I stayed way below my calorie goal today as I was just too busy to eat more than my 3 meals of the day which was kind of nice! I didn't get to do extra exercise beyond my bike commute but did a bit extra of that as I had to go to a physio for acupuncture after work! I was planning on running today but it's just not going to happen. I'm going to do some lunch time HIIT tomorrow and hopefully smash my step count as I need to make up for a missed workout today and not cycling tomorrow. I'm finding the more days that go by, the better I am at staying strong on the eating to calorie goal. Just going to keep putting my head down and putting the work in so when I come up for air at Christmas I have something to show for it. Full heart, clear mind 👊🏻💙
