Emoti-con
There's something so emotionally naked about accepting the love you think you deserve and actually feel good about. Your mum getting you cut watermelons on a warm sunny day, your dad mumbling a quite "Goodluck" as you take your pens in a rush before a test, your s/o checking on you if you've taken your medications on time. How, as a person who's dealt this from the other end i.e as a giver, take up the silent role of the taker, when all that the world has screamed on our faces is that taking is to be selfish.
Are the lines too blurry or are we curving the chalk lines as we speak. We preach about silent appreciation with love laced on the edges, but how do I, as a mute know if the silence is too loud?
