HEADCANON: As any mexican/latin person, Miguel likes dancing cumbias while he’s cleaning the house every Saturday at the morning and Hiro HATES IT.

Miguel calls to Hiro as “Chino” (<– Mexican joke. Nothing personal), and he likes changing the lyrics of the songs in base of their relation or Hiro’s personality just for teasing him. So this was the case with the song.
Miguel translation (his version of the song):
