canonical twitter user damian wayne is def on stantwt for [insert manga here] and takes commissions for his fan art despite being the son of a billionaire and talia al ghul. he has been apart of at least 15 failed groupchats, 8 cancellations (of other people) and has an extremely long blocklist. one day in the near future he will be mini-cancelled for being rich. he has 6.7k followers. bruce does not know this
So what I've learned essentially is that the choice is constant never ending pain disorder or take medicine that makes you sleep forever and barf and piss your pants and also you'll still be in pain because fuck you that's why
Batfamily and their stance on weed
Bruce: smoked in college socially, occasionally will smoke while undercover. He has a high tolerance so it takes a lot to get him high even though he doesn't smoke often. Makes him relaxed and social, but also makes him super sleepy. When he indulges he tends to sleep for 12+ hours afterwards.
Alfred: The only way he is able to cope with his life is weed. He does a very good job hiding it, but he enjoys a cup of "medicinal" tea throughout the day to help him keep his cool and not constantly be worried about his son and grandchildren. It also helps with his arthritis.
Dick: Loves weed but is convinced Bruce and Alfred wouldn't approve (they both know anyway). Part of why he chilled out so much as Nightwing. Very hard to be angry at the world and your dad when you can pop a mango flavored edible and do backflips on the rooftops. Had a bad period after Jason's death where he was really overindulging and greening out often. He got it under control and now tends to just stick to a once week smoke session with some pals or popping an edible to sleep every so often.
Jason: Drugs are bad. Like people assume he's cool with weed but he will come down just as hard on someone selling weed to kids as he would meth. He's aware it has medicinal uses and lets it slide for adults, but he would never touch the stuff. He's a little curious about it, but his trauma makes it hard for him to take a Tylenol, much less weed.
Tim: Tried it once at a party but it gave him bad paranoia. He tried it again later with his team and had a slightly better experience but since everybody else was immune to the effects he didn't bother to try it again. If someone offered while he was in a safe, controlled environment he would probably go for it but the chances of that happening are so low they might as well be nonexistent.
Steph: She stole her dad's vape pen and uses it when she's feeling stressed. Mainly makes her relaxed and get the munchies. She likes to treat herself every so often with a new vape cartridge followed by a huge meal at Batburger.
Cass: Doesn't like weed because it dulls her senses and makes it even harder for her to communicate. Tried it once with Steph and tried to like it but it freaked her out too bad. However she loves hanging out with people who are high, she thinks they're very funny and likes that their words match better with their body.
Damian: Was horrified when he caught Dick taking an edible and had to have a very awkward and slightly confusing talk about it while Dick was trying to explain and justify as much as possible before it kicked in. Was still against it afterwards but found he enjoyed high!Dick a lot (lots of cuddling and talking about how Damian was the best). At a party he bluffed that he had smoked before to seem cool and ended up calling Dick to pick him up. Makes him very emotional but also amps up his creativity. The drawing he did under the influence was so good it infuriated him and made him worry he would have to do drugs to unlock his true potential.
Duke: He doesn't smoke because he genuinely doesn't feel the need to seek out altered mental states. He is the only member of the batfamily with actual coping skills. That's not to say he wouldn't accept if someone offered but that's not because he wants to be high, it's just because he doesn't want to be rude
Here's some more
Barbara: She never really thought much of weed until after she was paralyzed. A doctor actually recommended trying it to help with pain and muscles spasms. For awhile she tried to avoid using any pain medicine at all due to worrying it would cloud her mind, but she after some chats with the birds of prey she came around to the fact that being in pain can also cloud the mind. She now has a very impressive dab rig that she designed herself and uses to dose exactly and buys strains that that focus more on the body than the mind. Dick once tried a hit and despised it because he felt mentally sober but bodily high and ended up couch locked.
Jim Gordon: Smoke in college, stopped in the police academy, then started back up for a while when he started to become disillusioned by the force. He disapproved of Barbie's use but only because he felt obligated to disapprove of it. He came around quick though. Barbie bought him a vape for Father's Day and he occasionally uses it after a hard day.
Harley Quinn: She's smoking right now. Never buys her own weed. Preaches on the benefits of marijuana frequently. Judges people for wearing weed apparel but also owns three different pairs of weed pun sleep shirts.
Poison Ivy: Grows her own weed perfectly tapered to her desires. She has a strain for sleep, relaxation, and for dealing with post battle pain. Does not share her weed. Knows she could grow weed suited perfectly to Barbie's needs and actively chooses not to. Once she started dating Harley she started growing a new patch specifically for her to stop her from stealing from her other plants. Will occasionally sell weed for extra money but she only works with dealers she's vetted ahead of time.
Joker: Doesn't do drugs. He may be a crazed monster but he has his own morals. Was genuinely shocked when he found Harley smoking and made her quit entirely while they were together.
Catwoman: She rolls her own blunts and use a super fancy antique roach clip she stole from a museum to smoke them. Her favorite way to unwind is to have a smoke then cuddle with her cats while her favorite music plays. Doesn't smoke socially but has occasionally played puff-puff-pass with Batsy after he's sent his robin(s) to bed, often followed by some late night cuddlin'.
Thalia: Doesn't smoke because she worries she'd be taken out the minute she lets her guard down. Also if she wanted to indulge in illicit substances then she has access to way better drugs to do so with.
Ras al Ghul: He doesn't remember his original stance on drugs and so avoids them. He switches up on it. Sometimes he'll accept payment made in marijuana or pay someone in it. You would surprised out how much work you can get an assassin to do for a pound of weed.
Superman: He's immune. Got to enjoy for a little while in high school and liked it well enough. Kind of misses it now but it's a lot of effort to expose himself to kryptonite just to be under the influence. Sometimes will pretend he can get high because he has a mischievous soul under all his do-gooderness.
Kon/Conner: Luther specifically encoded the inability to get high in his genes otherwise he would become the greatest stoner on earth.
Lex: He has no desire to cause "harm" to his brain in any way shape or form. Has mandatory bimonthly drug checks in all his companies and a strict non-tolerance policy. Has been sued eight times for repeatedly firing people for testing positive due to prescribed medication. Despite this he made millions off the opioid crisis.
Lois: She doesn't indulge but she also doesn't judge people for indulging. Doesn't really think about it, she's got better things to do then relax.
Jon: Is immune due to his kryptonian biology. Clark sat down with him and told him he had a small period where he could get high and while he wouldn't usually allow it Jon can feel free to pursue mind altering substances since they're not sure whether being half-kryptonian will prevent him from experiencing them once he's at a legal age (it did). He was curious and actually requested to try it, so Clark got him some and tried to make it a fun experience (funny movie, lots of snacks, good music, etc.). Jon enjoyed it but decided that his enjoyment came more from spending time with his dad than being high and ultimately decided he was fine being "stuck" sober for life.
Kara: Has a piece of kryptonite in a lead-lined safe specifically for when she wants to get high on earth weed. She also sometimes has the fortress of solitude synthesize kryptonian weed which is similar but totally different. Has no idea Kal doesn't know about the kryptonian drugs.
Lena: She does coke and that's it. She found the perfect drug and felt no desire to pursue anything else. Is convinced she's not an addict because she uses it "appropriately" (aka staying up for 72 hours to work at her company and pursue her other hobbies) and could stop whenever she wanted.
Diana: She can get high but can also control her metabolism to sober instantly. Is convinced she can find a strain that will work on Kal. Thinks the strains back home are way better. Likes to pretend she doesn't know what weed is to fuck with younger heroes. Has confiscated (and eagerly consumed) many a treat thanks to this. More then one titan has tearfully confessed to "accidentally" getting her high and practically begged to be punished for it.

Batman having a recording of a heartbeat softly play in his suit so that Superman thinks he has two hearts to throw him off his scent because he's paranoid, but then one day it breaks and Superman freaks out, because "Batman where did your other heartbeat go?!!?!" and Bruce panics and says: "I split into two," like he's some sort of cryptid and everyone goes ???, luckily he has Robin to introduce them to. It's not until much later when they all reveal their identities that they learn that it's not true and all the bats and birds that are running around were not parts that ripped free from Batman. Though not before the whole family has had a whole lot of fun creating nonsense rumors just to fuck with people.
The only good thing to come out of ai is that i am now 100 percent more willing to read a typo ridden fanfic
I love weaponizing find my iPhone
Constantly thinking about how I got into reading nsfw work way too early but also about how it helped me so much as a kid to understand my own identity
Specifically the time I stumbled upon a forced feminization diaper tf story and liked it enough to check out the author's other works.
In the author's journal there was a blurb that broke my little queer heart where the author explained that they wouldn't be posting anymore stories because their mother had taken them to therapy and they now knew their kinks were just a trauma response.
Only to come back several years later and see the author had updated to say that the previous journal was bullshit and she was a trans woman the whole time!!!
The queer joy I felt was incredible and really affirmed my own gender identity at the time.
I keep thinking about Eridians and Rocky’s gem from Adrian and his celebration outfit.
The little stone rocky had from adrian was literally in his arm, and it made me think about Grace getting a stone like that from Rocky, which lead to me wondering if Grace could have it in his skin somehow. Earrings. Earrings would be perfect for this.
I was ALSO thinking about Rocky’s celebration outfit- who’s to say Grace can’t have something similar? Celebration jewellery for the local alien! Earrings that dangle and make pretty sounds when Grace moves.
Thinking about how even if you don't use ai it can still ruin your life
Like when my mom bought her first car her brothers helped her figure out which ones were actually good
But now if I'm looking for a car and asking my cousins those assholes just ask ChatGPT and pass the useless info along to me
My first session of therapy -
Me: I really like FNAF and animatronics. I will be spending the next hour telling you everything I know about them.
My second session of therapy -
Therapist: I'd like to discuss getting your autism diagnosed
my favorite coworker told me the scenario she thinks of to fall asleep is she stumbles upon a baby sheep and has to raise it and it grows up and she has to shear it and she says she envisions shearing it so carefully that she always falls asleep at that part
They deserve only good things.

It still hurts. It's still painful. But you keep hearing a synthetic BAWWW every time it hits you as a constant reminder of how it's the stupidest possible way to die.
