Music is a scary thing.

Okay so here’s the thing. In December I finally found the female balls to upload videos on YouTube. MUSIC videos to be exact. And guess what? It was a lot harder than I ever thought it would be. My hands got all sweaty and I felt like I was going to spontaneously combust right then and there. But I didn’t.  It’s hard for me to ask people to listen to my music. Why? I’m not sure. Doubt maybe? Insecurity? Fear of not being good enough? Hell I could think of a 1,000 reasons NOT to mention my music to anyone at all. 

But the thing is; I DO want you to hear what I have to say. I want to connect with others by singing and playing guitar. But that’s a scary thing to do. Because then you’ll literally hear MY side of the story. When in fact all I want is for you to find yourself in my music. To relate to whatever it is I have to say. Whether it’s about fear, L.O.V.E., death or maybe even just being my plain ol’ gay self. 

Right now there are only 2 songs on my channel. One is a romantic cover song and the other is my Christmas song.  So, to end this story: This is ME, asking YOU to listen to my music. To watch me play (like...you can actually see my face and everything). To hear me sing.
