Well I'm excited to see what my imagination can turn out like!!
In my opinion, those who are going to take advantage of that are the kind of people who take advantage of literally everything.
For example:
(MK11, MK1) Shang Tsung. pretty obvious. Cause he is a genius, master of stealing Souls and sorcerer. Also we can say wherever power is he'll be there. Like a hungry predator which smells it's meal (probably a poor prey).
(MK11) Shao Khan. Dude. Don't even think about it. He is always powerful but always wants to be more powerful than he already is.
(MK11) Kano. The Aussie knows what he is doing. He is after money. But money needs power to get. (I think that will make sense).
For number four I can't choose between these two:
(MK1) Bi-han or (MK11) Dark Raiden. (So be free to choose which one to write about 💕) Bi-han want to get powerful and have power over the entire of the planet his brother and their clan. While DRaiden want power to scare earthrealm's enemies and this one is is true. Also "to protect earthrealm". I don't think so.

Shang Tsung is charming. Pretty words and praise. Worming his way into your existence while manufacturing situations where he can 'protect' you. Pretend to be the hero. Make you believe he is the only one you can trust.
You don't even realize that you're dancing right into the palm of his hand.
He'll promise you anything you want. Anything you need. Just join him. Follow him. Let him train you, show you what your powers can really do.
He will sow seeds of doubt, distrust of anyone but him. You can't trust them. They want to use you. They don't care about you, only your power.
You don't realize just how dependent you've become on him till its too late. Till he's woven himself so thoroughly into your world that you have no way out.
You're trapped in his web now.
You're a means to an end for him. Nothing personal, lovely.
You're living your perfectly normal life and then suddenly you're in the black dragon's claws. Don't bother struggling. He has too many people, too many eyes on you for it to be a real fight.
He will give you backhanded praise. Tell you exactly how much people are going to be willing to pay for you. It's all about money to him. And that sick look on your face is just a bonus.
Let's say he does get attached. Not to you>/i> but your power. To the idea that your power could bring him more than a pretty penny. It could give him more money and power than he could ever imagine.
It's all business after all. And Kano is nothing if not a shewed business man.

He had been cruel. He knew he had been. Said words he didn't mean, vitriol and rage wrapped in words he could never take back.
He didn't mean it…
But did that really matter? Did it matter that he regretted it almost immediately after leaving them? They we're alone he told himself. They would be fine. They were smart, strong, and resourceful.
They didn't need him.
But that didn't stop the guilt that gnawed at him within his chest in the dead of night as he walked the cold streets of Baldur's Gate. Didn't stop the urge to go find you. To kneel at your feet and beg for your forgiveness. Say he didn't mean it. That he was a fool. That he would do anything to take it back.
But he didn't.
It was almost two years that he lived as ghost. A whisper of the elf he used to be. And he couldn't help but think about how you were right. How if he had ascended he would have become a monster… the monster he had always told you he never wanted to be. And once again, his wounded pride whimpered in his mind as it battled with the guilt he bore like a stone on his shoulders.
Two years, two years of not even a rumor of you within the walls of Baldur's Gate reached his years. He couldn't blame you. You were the hero of the city but he had poisoned the well. Poisoned the streets and the walls, the smiling faces must be bittersweet to your kind heart. To look at a city who sang your praises but think he must have hated you.
It wasn't true.
But, he finally heard it. The rumor of the hero within the city walls once again. It made his undead heart race. Race with the idea that maybe, just maybe, he could talk to you. He would have the chance to fix this.
But would you forgive him?
He rushed through the streets, the accursed busy streets bustling with people unaware of his quest to find you. He had to find you. He had to. He would settle for nothing else, even if he had to overturn every single stone in this city. And that is when he caught it, your scent on the wind — a scent of honeysuckle and sweetness that was completely and uniquely you. There was no mistaking it. His head swiveled, looking left and right, for you. And there you were. Standing, smiling, and laughing with a merchant. As beautiful as the day he left you. But then he saw something that made his chest seize. Tied to your chest with a brightly colored piece of cloth wrapped securely around you… was a child. A little child fast asleep with silver hair.
Hands and legs shaking, taking a step forward with his words dying in his throat, he moved like a ghost through the crowd towards you. You were within arm's reach. He had to say something. Tell you he was there. Something.
"Darling...?"
That voice…
That voice that once made your heart race was making your heart race for a different reason now. Instead of the overwhelming love and affection you had once felt, you now felt a cold dread creep down your spine.
This wasn't how you had wanted him to find out.
Your grip subconsciously tightened around your son as he slept on your chest, slowly turning to face where you heard Astarion's voice. Your eyes meeting those breathtaking red eyes for the first time in two years. Two years of tears, heartache, and wondering if he was, at the very least, safe.
Astarion couldn't help it as he stood in front of you, his eyes darting from yours to the little bundle on your chest. Now that he was closer he could see the child clearly, a round cerub face with their hand curled in a tiny fist resting on your chest and their mouth slightly parted as they slept in the midday sun.
They looked like him…
Curls of silver hair that rested like a crown upon their head, but they had your nose. He could see it, the perfect mix of you and him. How much had he missed? How much had his foolish pride damaged? It took everything in his power not to fall to his knees here on the cobble stones and plead — beg — for your forgiveness. He didn't deserve it. Seeing this little child curled up on your chest, he knew he didn't deserve it.
"You have a child…" He saw it, the slight tense of your muscles as your arms wrapped protectively around the little thing. Saw the way your jaw clenched, the apprehension in your eyes. He deserved it. Deserved your caution.
"Yes." The word hung between the two of you like the sword of damocles, waiting to fall and see what would happen. Astarion opened and closed his mouth several times, trying to find words that failed him. In the end he could only hang his head, unable to meet your eyes.
"I…" The sound of your soft exhale reached his ears, the sound that you always made when you were making a decision. He just hoped he ended on the right side of this one.
"Would… would you like to talk?" Your voice was soft, gentle, kind. Everything he didn't deserve. But the idea that you would give him this chance? It made him hope — hope that he could fix things. His eyes slowly rose from the rocks underneath both of your feet, meeting yours once again.
"Yes… I would."

We have Rolan with his little baby girl Aaralyn~! Big wizard boy needs his little girl to remind him that everything is okay! Warnings: None Masterlist
Rolan was busy — and when wasn't he busy if he was being honest — there was much to do. Books to organize, things to catalog, his quill scratching across the surface of the paper as he furiously wrote down note after note within the Sorcerous Sundries.
There was just so much to do.
That did not seem to matter much in the eyes of his toddler daughter though. Aaralyn would love nothing more than to spend her days in her father's arms. And when she found her plans for the day for naught, she would be either passed between her aunt and uncle or be perched upon your hip while you went about your own work.
But none of it ever lived up to being with her father. Aaralyn loved to listen to her father talk, smell the wet ink and warm fire. She just could not understand why she would not be allowed with him when he was working. Today the young one had managed to give her uncle Cal the slip — which his ensuing panic was completely lost upon her — and toddled her way up the many stairs to her father's study.
Rolan did not hear as his door was quietly pushed open or the quiet stalking of a five year old towards him with his back facing the door. He was too engrossed in what ever scroll or tome had taken his attention. He nearly found him self jumping away when he felt the tiny hand reaching up and gripping the hem of his tunic in a tight fist. His eyes widened before they grew soft, gazing down upon her head.
He swore she looked like you. Same eyes, same nose, same mouth which seemed to be in a permanent pout. He let out a low and slow sigh before reaching down and gently placing his hand on her head.
"Aaralyn. What are you doing up here?" She seemed to be disinclinded to answer, instead making a soft huff sound and reaching up for him to pick her up. Rolan could have entered a battle of wills but he knew it would be a losing battle. No, when it came to her and to you, he was unable to deny either of you. So he reached down and scooped the child into his arms, instinctively holding her against his chest as she rested her head right under his chin. The tiny horns that poked out from her forehead didn't bother him. Neither did the long tail that was now wrapping itself around his forearm. She was perfect to him.
"I guess a small break is in order then." His voice was low, a rumble in his chest as he closed the tome he had been slaving over before sitting down and rocking her. Rolan would never say he was the warmest or the kindest being. He found people too loud and interacting with most people overwhelming on a good day — irritating and thunderous on a bad one. But he found peace here. With her in his arms and you somewhere below. So, for now, he would hold her and rock her gently as he tried to badly hum the lullabies that you sang to her with ease.
He was a man who despite his bravo and bluster, always found himself lacking in his own eyes. But not in Aaralyn's. No. When she looked up at him, he felt more than enough.
