As a latina in the fandom of The Owl House it is really weird to me when people say Luz doesn't look black latina/only look latina. Latino is not an ethnicity it refers to our language. There are white latinos, black latinos, Native latinos, romani latinos, even latinos of east asian ascendency, my country for exemple have a tone of descendents of japanese and chineses migration and they are not less latino than the others. There is not one way to look latino.
Maybe it is a cultural difference but to me, even with the straight hair both Luz and Camila look black. It is important to me that people remember there are a variety of ways black people can look.
