I don’t post here much lately and have been prioritizing my local city and public transit sideblog instead (and even there I’m kinda absent) because I am living in a city occupied by the federal government who are here to harm my neighbors.
Last week they took two kids from outside my neighborhood clinic.
This past weekend they executed someone about a block from my apartment.
ICE is not leaving Minneapolis. They are preparing to change how they operate to make it harder for us to warn our neighbors, observe and document. Meanwhile, some of the most vulnerable members of my Twin Cities community right now are facing eviction from unpaid rent because they have been unable to go to work. The mayor of Minneapolis and the governor of Minnesota refuse to act to prevent these evictions.
Please help us keep our neighbors safe.
Stand With Minnesota is a hub for supporting, learning, and taking action to support Minnesotans impacted by ICE and federal enforcement.
