REPETITION CREATES HABIT.
9 864 HOURS TO GO 👨💻
I give thanks to my creator and universe for my existence every single day. We are beyond blessed to see each day. Just observe all the opportunities that each day brings, such as opportunities to:
Gain Knowledge, Wisdom or Perspective
Try Something New (Food, Language, Meditation, Daily Routine, etc)
The shit we can choose to do in a day is basically limitless and most of the time the only thing stopping us from making progress in life is not 'society', circumstances or even our school reports. Fam, the biggest reason why we don't follow our big dreams and aspirations is because of that LITTLE VOICE IN OUR HEADS - yes, the same voice you're using to read this post. 😅 It's the same voice that can help you procrastinate the simplest of daily tasks such as washing dishes, to something as major as completing and submitting your business documents at a crucial time.
Of course, the Little Voice isn't programmed to work against us, fuck no. It is simply repeating whatever ideas and messages we have allowed to enter and get comfortable in our minds, whether they were good, bad, grey, from the pastor, TV, ex partner or whatever. By repeatedly thinking about about an issue and allowing it to make you feel comfortably gevrek (helpless) to its cause/mission, then it will stay in your mind, eventually occupy more space and ultimately manifest in your life. 👐 This could be a really good or bad thing, depending on what you choose to FEED YOUR ever-hungry MIND. 😋
My best tip for anyone who has issues with unpleasant vibes living in their head is to to action. Consider seeking more interesting and uplifting content on a regular basis, content that reaffirms your belief in yourself, nature or whatever greater force you wish to believe in. This will definitely have the LITTLE VOICE spitting more fulfilling bars over TIME.
NOTE: Repetition Creates Habit.
So in a trippy conclusion, think of the little voice in your head as being your PARROT that repeats whatever it has been hearing or taught. Think about it. What would your parrot say on the daily?
