Blue Eyes Under Violet Skies
Thunder rolls,
Like once we did
One autumn night
When we had hid
From all the world
And cold night air,
Our bodies near,
A longing stare
To bridge the gap
And bring us close
Our desperate hands
Removing clothes
And finding warmth
In loving arms
That soothe like salves,
And blissful balms.
So wrapped in heat
You had me there
Your fingers
knotted in my hair
As mouth to lips
Earned what they crave,
Gaze and bodies
Lock to save
This moment stretched
So long in time
Your rythm, perfect,
Matches mine.
Our beating hearts
Like thunder, boom,
As we walk once more
To reach our room.
