Ok but imagine if the Library started building its own sort of enclave in the Outskirts.
First it was just one or two people, and they entered the Library by knocking and sought refuge from the monsters. Then they spread the word - this is a safe place. These people will help you. They won't be taken advantage of, but they are good people.
And slowly, bit by bit, people start setting up homes and places to live and work outside of the Library. Some don't feel comfortable in there. It's a strange place. Some just prefer what they're used to, but want to stay nearby.
So by the time the Sinners somehow find themselves there, it isn't just one single tree-like building jutting up out of nowhere, it's an entire small-scale city, with people turning to Angela because she knows how to run things. And Angela is proud of herself, because she's using her skills, knowledge, and abilities to help people and ease their suffering in ways she'd never been able to, or hadn't even occurred to her, before.

After the events of LoR it’s clear Angela is Roland’s closest friend and vice versa, and I very much believe that they would do ‘couple things’ together, like maybe going on small coffee dates at Chesed’s floor, holding each other and just falling asleep in the other’s arms. Humans, to me at least, by design, are meant to love, our fingers perfectly interlock with someone else’s fingers, and when we hug eachother there’s a perfect space between their head and shoulder to rest your chin on, it feels like we’re meant to love one another.
With her chance of being human gone, it’s probable that Angela would still want to feel that connection to humanity, and if you ask me, love is one of the largest aspects of humanity. So even if it’s entirely platonic, doing actions of romance/love with someone she deeply cares about (Roland) is one the most human things she can do.
Switching gears to Roland, he is a tortured soul. The love of his life, the only thing that really brought him joy, was stripped from him, he lost everything and spent every day wallowing in his agony, suffering every day, to a degree where it would seem he wouldn’t ever find a connection as deep as that. Enter Angela, even if it was a facade, even if Roland was putting on a persona to determine if he truly was going to exact his revenge on her, the emotional connection between Roland and Angela was real, they had genuine chemistry, and by the end of their journey, they truly cared about eachother. Angela gave up her dream of becoming human and forgave Roland, and Roland gave up his plan for revenge, making all of the death, destruction, and sorrow he caused all for naught, because he forgave Angela.
The connection, chemistry, and the genuine care for each other that Angela and Roland have is beautiful, they are each other’s dearest friend, and I think that — platonic or not, having mutual affection, going on small dates, holding each other as they dance in the main room of the floor of general works with slow music in the background, to simply saying the sentence “I love you” to each other is something both characters truly desire, regardless if they are aware of it or if it’s a subconscious desire.
It fills the void in Roland’s heart that was left when Angelica died, and it allows Angela to be human, even if her body is synthetic. And it allows the two to leave their past in favor of a future together.

I wanted to share the wiki format I used for my LCB Sinner profile. This mimics the wiki.gg by using multiple tabs to create a psuedo-website. It has a page for listing EGO and identities, EGO stats, and a Canto page format. It uses a pageless format and requires a zoom on smaller screens.
I also linked some helpful resources for making assets. This is a template for those who want to include some gameplay meta alongside their base sinner profile. As a warning, it's pretty hefty for that reason.
No credit is needed but I would love to see what people create! Soon i'll create a Ruina and Lobcorp style template as well.
