Although I am not surprised by your continuous immaturity, Soundwave.” Shockwave replied dryly, though clearly having an annoyed expression if his lowered brow ridge is anything to go by. Needless to say, it did not seem as though Shockwave was particularly pleased by the presence of his comrade.

“Oh! A chief inventor!” That definitely got Heinz excited. Not only that but his name was super cool too. “I don’t know what a Decepticon Empire is but the name alone sounds terrifying which is good.” As an evil villain that’s something he has to respect. He’s ponder the thought of turning the tri-state into an empire after his take-over though Heinz isn’t too sure on what to call it when he achieves that.

The doctor eagerly nods his head as he tries to climb up a bit of wiring in order to be more eye-level with the other. It doesn’t work out all that much but at least Heinz was trying.

“I am! I’ve been inventing and building -inators since I was but a young boy in the country of Drusselstein. Bad-Weather-Inator, Chicken-Replace-Inator, the Bake-Sale-Obliterationator, Invisibility-Inator. I think you get the picture. I’m a man of a thousand -inators~!”

As he was listing off some of the -inators he had created, Shockwave thought of what purpose each one would bring. Bad-Weather-Inator: Possibly conjuring massive and destructive storms. Invisibility-Inator: Either making yourself invisible to infiltrate enemy lines or cloak resources. Bake-Sale-Obliterationator: Perhaps it could obliterate other things aside from just bake sales. The Chicken-Replace-Inator was entirely up in the air for Shockwave though.

“Intriguing. And each one is meant to be used at the expense of another.” As Shockwave though, there was a beeping sound coming from his right arm, pressing at it to project a small holo-screen. 

“Residual energy from your last transport, I presume. Would this be your last location?” Shockwave lowered himself down before scooping Heinz up with his left hand to show him the image of the oddly shaped building with a big sign on top that read “Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated” that was projected onto the screen.

Oh man. This guy was pretty cool looking! It was like his two favorite things put together; the color purple and robots! The doctor nods his head at the question before taking out the blueprint from his coat pocket. Turns out accidentally leaving it in his pocket was a good thing.

“Yeah! I made it so I could teleport my brother Roger out of his mayoral position. I didn’t really care where it teleported him too so I made it random. I thought it was fitting.” Heinz smiles up to the other.

“Planet Earth of the Milky Way system. I’m Dr. Heinz by the way. Uh, what can I call you?”

“Interesting.” So, the device was made to use at the expense of others? That he found more logical now that he heard it for himself. Perhaps something for him to create for future reference as he used his rather impressive photographic memory to memorize the blueprints presented. May make for an effective weapon for the Decepticon cause.

“Shockwave, Lead Scientist and Chief Inventor of the Decepticon Empire.” To him, expressing his title was standard when presenting himself. Per his orders, Shockwave sent his drones to put in that location in the Space Bridge’s main terminal.

“Given your device and your title, I can estimate that you are a fellow scientist and inventor yourself, correct?”

“Hey uh, could you give me a hand? I have no idea where I am right now. My arch-enemy used my own Random-Transport-Inator and…randomly transported me somewhere in the universe.” A defeated sigh came out. “He’s really good at foiling my evil schemes it seems…”

Shockwave wasn’t one for sudden intrusions and he was almost ready to fire at will. But, upon further inspection, this one seemed... harmless. And judging by the name “Random-Transport-Inator”, he could only guess that he was some form of inventor.

“You... developed a device known as a Randon-Transport-Inator?” Shockwave found the idea illogical to say the least, but he was curious as to why this feat was done.

“Where exactly did you originate from? I shall have my drones prepare the Space Bridge.”

If it was one thing Ratchet had learned through his history of knowing Shockwave (even long before the war was a thing) was that the cyclops was impatient at best. Then again if the roles were reversed he might just be just as bad as Shockwave currently was. So….in a way, he couldn’t blame him. 

“The only thing that I’ve seen since my arrival here is your fragging cannon aimed at my helm still,” he retorts as he continues to keep his servos raised, an annoyed exvent occurring moments later as he pops his hip out to the side.

He thinks about his next few words carefully, knowing that the Decepticon Scientist would either deem his explanation logical or illogical, and he was really banking on logical at this point in the game.

“I ask you to once more lower it and allow me a space bridge out of here. I have no ill wishes towards you, I assure you.”

Shockwave was still very unsure of whether the Autobot saw anything with his very limited time here. But, since he was only here for what seemed like a minute, it was safe to assume that he didn’t see anything regarding his current experiments.

Shockwave would not lower his cannon, but would reach back to press a button onto his computer terminal to open a space bridge. Where it leaded was of no concern to him. All he knew was that it would take him somewhere back on Cybertron.

“Leave. Now.” Shockwave’s optic narrowed as it glowed a brighter yellow, giving him this final warning to go through the space bridge.

“This meeting never happened. Do you understand?” His voice grew even colder and more ruthless, signalling just how serious he was being right now.

These were posted on TFG without any source, I’m gonna guess they’re from Dreamwave since they have some of the art from War Within, but I’m not certain.
