Heya everyone! Apologies for the lack of a Mystery Skulls Animated update between the last one. Life certainly has been... life-ing lately.
To end the year, we're posting a tearful, yet determined Vivi! This will likely be the last bit of animation we'll be showing off at this point, as there just isn't anything left to show that won't give more away than we'd want. Individual screenshots will continue however, so no worries there.
Sansnomaly is a shortened version of sans x anomaly!reader (that's basically it really.)
What is anomaly!reader?
It mostly depicts, that sans is aware of YOU, the reader. He is aware that something feels 'off' about you, like in the game.
That you were familiar with him for some reason, even though he never had met you, and YOU are the only person who make him feel this way, making YOU an anomaly.. OR, Sans is aware he is in your imagination, a game, a story etc.
It doesn't matter, really. I personally mostly use it to explores the meta themes that Undertale had in the first place. The relationship between US and video games/media itself, reality vs fiction.
Embracing the fact : No matter if you self insert to a f/o, it would never feel quite right.

Fun fact: when a media ends, our brain is 'griefing'.
But! sansnomaly can be an ordinary fluffy sans x reader, like drawn to you and Adam's doodles. Because, well.. it is an x reader lol.

Translation & Dialogue:
Sans : here you go kiddo.
Juan (highschooler): Idih.. itu dia baby babi
(Ew.. there's that baby pig, again. [note: this was a pun, the word pig in that language is similar to the word baby].)
Highschooler B : Oi diam lah! Lo jadi ingetin guwe dia disini, geli terus nih!
(Oi, quiet! If you keep making me remember that he's there, I feel super icky!)
Juan: diam bagaimana? Gua harus liatin dia di tempat nongkrong kite terus dari 2 minggu yang lalu.
(quiet, how? I have to see him in our hangout place since 2 weeks ago.)
highschooler C: uh.. Apasi problemnya?
(Uh.. what seems to be the problem?)
Highschooler B: problemnya? Ya ampun, lo kok gak tau babi gitu pasti ngeleceh orang lain.
(the problem?! Oh my god, how come you don't know people like that pig, has a hinger chance to harrass others)
Highschooler C: tapi, dia gak ngapa-ngapain..
(but, he's not doing anything..)
Highschooler B: lo mau dipegang sama dia?
(oh, so you want to be touched by him?)
Highschooler C: ti-tidak..
(n-no..)
Highschooler B: guwe juga denger dia orang mahok.
(I also heard that he's a homosexual)
Juan: serious lo? Astaga
(are you serious? Jesus christ.)
Juan: kita harus kirim dia sebuah message, dia gak boleh di tempat ini.
(we have to send him a message, he's not allowed in this space.)
Highschooler B: aduh, lo sinting amet, sih.
(Oh man, are you crazy?)
Juan: kalau dia nge-attack guwe, kalian bisa report dia, Polisi pasti percaya sama anak SMA.
(if he attacks me, you guys can report it to the police, I'm sure they'll believe highschoolers.)
Sans: huh, you want extra sauce? sure.
Sans: here's your apostrophe dog, kiddo
Juan: Ey! What's this fat man-baby doing up on this job?
Sans: huh? sorry, were you talkin to me?
Juan: Yes, you.
Sans: hm. that's strange, i hope i'm not insulting your intelligence but, i thought it was common sense: that just because you CAN say that, doesn't mean you HAVE TO. sides.
Sans: your parent i've 'berfriended' thinks otherwise.. why don't you do me a favor, and keep talkin' on your other language and leave me alone capiche?
Juan: ih apasih, orang gak jelas.
(eugh, what the hell, this guy doesn't make sense/is crazy [note: he is using it in a deragatory way].)
Juan tries to hit sans, only for it to miss.
Sans: woah there bucko.
Sans: c'mon kid, whatever you're trying to achieve.
Sans: do you really think beating up some guy sellin' hot dogs would solve anything?
Sans: look. i don't know anything about you. but from the looks of your face, it seems like you *think* you're doing the right thing.
Sans: that you're doing a service to the world, to control how people live their lives.
Sans: (while) trying to justify your actions in the first place.
Sans: you are either stupid to not question it, or plain out cruel (to be aware and not do anything about it).
Sans: maybe it's because you're afraid that you're wrong, or it's unfamiliar, or maybe you have unresolved hatred and anger in your soul. hell if i know.
Sans: it all boils down to you feeling powerless. so you decide to be a 'hero' to punch down people who are good targets, so you have a semblance of control, am i right?
Sans: yeah.. i know that type.
A flashback of Sans saying : You'd be dead where you stand.
Sans: eh? me spewing out my observation won't matter anyways.
Sans: because you seem to genuinely believe that i'm not 'human'.
Sans: or maybe you are trying to believe that, because you want to distance yourself.
Another flashback, this time him and the anomaly are in the same room, the anomaly told him that you meant no harm to this world, only for sans to say: "(you're a) creep."
Sans: and when i'm not an equal to you.
Sans: whatever i have to say don't matter. huh?
Sans: then, people like you expect us to stand there and take it. until..
Sans catched Juan's hands, that was trying to hit him.
Sans: enough is enough.
Juan tries to land another blow using his other arm, but sans easily snatch that as well.
Sans: gee you're REALLY trying to make me attack you back. is that your plan? you're gonna change the narrative, that i attacked YOU first, when someone reports this 'incident'? then you'll act like the victim?
Sans: you really think the worst of people, huh?
A really long flashback has occured.
[start flashback]
Flashback of sans and the anomaly at the MTT restaurant.
Sans: i hope you know, you're a selfish monster for continuing to take up space.
Sans: my life is bad enough that you think my life is a spectacle, huh?
Sans: why don't you go back to your own world, get out of here...?
Sans look turns to shock.
You were crying.
The guilt consumed you.
You apologized.
You promised you won't ever watch his world anymore.
You left the restaurant, leaving a letter that was "for sans"
Sans had opened your letter.
Something in your letter changed his mind.
[end flashback]
Sans: heh. i get it. but i'm not like you anymore.
