Another thing I’d like to add is that there are several sites where you can buy the manga from (magazine and tankoubon) and they offer good discounts. Here are some I frequently (and not so frequently) use:
https://booklive.jp/: offers a 50% off discount for first time users. Occasionally has 10-20% off discounts.
https://www.cmoa.jp/: (It’s read as shimoa, kind of like “see more”) offers a 50% off discount for first time users. Often has 30% off discounts. Can only be accessed using a Japanese IP address.
https://honto.jp/: the Buyee pop up is kinda annoying. The the site is laggy for some reason. Offers a 50% off discount for new users and occasionally has 25% discount on BL series (in comparison, BookLive occasionally offers 15% off) Kieta Hatsukoi is categorized as shoujo though, so it doesn’t help.
https://comic.pixiv.net/: doesn’t have Betsuma (or other magazines as far as I know), only the standalone manga. Offers 50% off discount for first time users + 100 coins to use in another purchase. Some authors are very generous with providing snippets from their manga. And some of the popular titles do come from this site’s service so if you’re in time you can read them for free before they turn into snippets.
https://bookwalker.jp/: 50% cashback in coins for the first purchase. Has an English site with very limited selection.
https://ribomaga.com/: (I think it’s named after Ribon and Margaret, the shoujo manga magazines owned by Shueisha) “super official” because it’s owned by Shueisha (everything else is also legal though) but doesn’t offer discounts (that I know of).
Also starting to use: https://ebookstore.sony.jp: 90% off welcome coupon. Has 30-50% discounts often. Pleasant UI experience.
I bought from Amazon JP but as far as I remember, they didn’t have discounts but also didn’t charge VAT for e-books (that was 5 years ago so I’m not sure if that’s the case now). I haven’t bought an e-book from Rakuten. So far I like using BookLive the most but the cheapest is cmoa. Nevermind, Sony’s site is nice, cheap, and doesn’t require VPN. Winner.
More s22e03 stuff, lots of cute little moments in that ep. :’)

guys if you remmwber me as a supernatural account no you do not
how tf do people draw the face first and then the head.....
so who in mappa wanna explain this scene right here 🤨
I wanted to talk about this scene, because it really hit me when I read it, even though it took ages in my head to articulate why it resonated so much.
Megumi approaches Yuuji to bring him back “home” at a time, when Yuuji (understandably) going through a crisis whether he deserves to live after all. Instead of saving people, he lost control to Sukuna, who used his body to kill many. Who’s to say it won’t happen again.
So he tells Megumi not to act like it’s not a big deal and not to sweep it under the rug. It ties back to the moment at the end of the Death Painting Arc, when both Yuuji and Megumi realizes separately all the bad things they set in motion with Yuuji consuming Sukuna’s finger, but they decide to keep these things to themselves, as an attempt to protect each other’s feelings. Because Megumi knows Yuuji wouldn’t take well realizing that by choosing to save everyone, things were set in motion whereby others got hurt and killed. While Yuuji knows that Megumi feels responsible for the acts of those he saves. This leads to them being divided in the Shibuya arc.

you know whats sorta funny(?) about jjk 143? its just yuuji thinking hes the Worst and megumi’s all, ok? and? ur point? i cherish u still? i love u still? i’d go to the ends of the earth to u / for u / with u still?
megumi doesnt have much, but he tells yuuji this: for you, this heart is huge and vast and limitless.
If you're still taking requests, would you consider drawing itafushi being happy and in love? The boys need a break from all what's happening

“I hate bad people. They act so damn superior when their empathy and imagination are as empty as a vacant lot. I can’t deal with good people. They forgive those bad people. Then they view the act of forgiveness as a noble thing. Makes me want to vomit.”
