I have a shiton of america suitehearts AU on my files, its a problem, i have a problem

i kinda forget tumblr was once a place id blog on ;D my private twitter is the only place i go to since ive got like three people in there (i hate an audience!1!)

i sorta abandoned all of my public accounts, i have way too many followers and it makes it hard for me to post freely + the ANXIETY! it is too much and ive been happier since i dropped a lot of these / became an even more private person. ive got prom in a few weeks which is exciting, my boyfriend will be my date and i hope for one of the best nights ever ;b ive got fun stuff planned for these next few months and being off my public accounts makes me a happier person overall — its been around 6? months since i dropped ALL off my public socials and my mental health has improved drastically, i also dropped people who seemed to make my health decline, which has made a much brighter person for the most part. im almost done with this school year which will leave me with much more free time, minus a job, so maybe ill get back on tumblr :D i like the lack of socialization you need on this app, even with a public account. im sorry i haven't been interacting with a lot of you - i know some of you are my literal friends and i do miss you dearly! ive needed a long break, i deleted discord which is a surprise to no one that knows me — i ALWAYS delete discord when my health starts declining again, but i still try to get back on for a few minutes to talk to my friends ;) im more active on instagram and twitter, though im only giving out my instagram because twitter is like my rough drafts and i dont want anyone new in there which i believe is fair.

in "short", its gotten harder to reach me and i do apologize - but only a little - i know this is what i need if i want to be there for my partner and be there for my friends while making sure i take care of myself too, that is the only thing that matters to me as of right now, being in a good enough mental state where i can be there for others without putting them through any unnecessary pain while also allowing others to be there for me, social media (for some reason) has always caused me to decline rapidly and become irritable and distance, and no one in my life deserves that from me.

i do not think this social media = rapid mental decline thing will ever go away for me, so you will likely never hear from me on discord or any of my past accounts (twitter oomfs know which one ;b), i also stopped drawing / posting art because it caused the same affect on me. if youre my online friend, i doubt i will talk to you as often as i would people i see every day / irl and i do apologize but thats the only way i can keep myself safe! im doing great and the best way to keep up with me is on my instagram (alicornmadness) — i post often but i cannot guarantee a reply past comment or story replies, im not one to dm people.

life is going good, my relationships are going good, im getting out more and that is all that i need. i will never come back to my twitter, i will never come back as an artist and that is all. im the happiest i have ever been and i will not ruin that ;D
