Your F/O does in fact love you no matter what! Yes, the one you're thinking of right now! "But what about-" shhh to be human is to be flawed and you love your F/O(s) despite their flaws so they love you too

Life is hard, and the world is rough. They understand this, and understand if you need breaks or aren't at your best all the time! Romantic, platonic, familial, doesn't matter, they all care about you!

Shout out to self-shippers who are currently losing / have lost feelings for their F/Os in the past. Whether it be that you're simply growing apart or the ship has become a strain on your mental health, you are valid!

It's hard when feelings fade, but remember that self-shipping is all about fun, and there is no shame in taking a break or stepping away from a character that you don't want to self-ship with anymore.

Old F/Os will always be there, should you choose to return, but there is no obligation to keep doing something that doesn't feel right anymore. ♡

Transmasc selfshippers, imagine your f/o helping you with gender affirming care!

If you're on T injections your f/o would love to gently kiss wherever you do your injection on the spot where you're going to get the shot, then do the shot for you if you're nervous. After the shot they'd make sure to tell you how well you did, and how you're their handsome boy. If you're taking gel or pills, they'd sit by and chat with you while you took it/applied it, making sure to mention how you're their favorite boy and how much they love you. Bonus points if you get so eager to hold them after applying gel that they have to remind you to wash your hands! Then they'd make sure you two had time to lay together in bed, practically glued to each other.

If you want top surgery, your f/o would be there through every step in the recovery process! As soon as you wake back up from the surgery they'd jolt up from their chair, happy tears in their eyes, talking about how that's my boy, I'm so glad you're happier now, handsome! They would absolutely spoil you rotten during your recovery process, clinging to you almost like a guard dog

If you can't/don't want to do anything medically, that's alright! Your f/o would make sure you don't hurt yourself binding, find clothes to help make your build larger/flatten your chest, learn how to cut hair so they can keep yours short, and absolutely take every opportunity to tell you how masculine and handsome you are!

Can't/don't want to present masculinely? That's wonderful! Your f/o will never see you as a woman. They'd correct anybody that ever misgenders you, telling them that you're their boyfriend (or husband!) and that you're NOT a woman.

Random ramble about gender ig

Since I might be having yet another phase debating what I am, I decided to go to tumblr for help instead of just talking to myself

So, I am afab, but since 6th grade (I’m in my first year of college now) I was questioning my gender and never really felt like a girl.

I don’t prefer my birth name or she/her pronouns, but I don’t get really dysphoric when I get called them. Uncomfortable, maybe, depending on the mood I was already in. I’d rather be called anything else, but my mom keeps saying how she felt the same at my age and how I might not be what I feel I am now.

I understand what she says, but it also feels like she is trying to brush it off. I know she doesn’t really understand me personally since I haven’t spoken to her about this, but I don’t feel comfortable to if she is just going to say I might not feel the same in 20 years. (She is supportive of the community, but I just don’t feel like I can talk to her about it).

I got sidetracked from my initial question, but idk, just needed to vent ig. Sorry

I never really had dysphoria, but I do remember getting euphoric whenever I was thought to be a boy. Before I came out and I got my hair cut, my friend thought I was a boy. I remember going home and crying from happiness. I don’t really have any strong feelings over being either a girl or a boy, but I would much rather be a boy.

This was kind of all over the place, but I don’t really feel comfortable talking about this with anyone irl.

Just a quick question about selfshipping with multiple characters- is it possible to have some be a poly relationship and then one be separate from that?

I currently selfship with three characters, and two of them I’m in a poly relationship with and then the other isn’t included within that relationship, but I’m still with him? If that makes sense?
