Redraw of the frames in Crumb Cuptoast's TomTord PORK SODA animation! I keep rewatching it n figured id put it to a redraw with these guys since i havent drawn them as much recently

i was originally gonna go with this pose instead but i wanted to keep it accurate to the original, so i rendered it n put it to the side to finish the ones above instead. this is just me tweaking it a bit to fit the palette of the final but im still proud of how this also turned out, even if it doesnt fit

May I ask why people like the design from Niko from Oneshot? I am asking for propaganda from other people here, and specifically, i want propaganda besides "They're cute!" Or "I like it :3". Like, the design's fine, I don't think it's bad, but there's a million cute cat characters out there, and anytime i see people call this design good, they use the most generic, applicable-to-any-character phrases. I need someone to go all tbskyen on this kid's ass. Please?
