Shake of the day Banana and baby spinach With protein world
Strawberry and banana shake
This is juice plus. I find I dislike the taste. I think vanilla tastes like sand and the chocolate isn’t much better. However once it’s mixed in with fruit it’s a lot better. It does help stop you from feeling hungry. And it’s filed with something crazy like other 17 different fruit and veg already. Another downside is it is really expensive.
If anyone is using it. How are you finding it? I’m still deciding whether to send mine back or not.

My tin of fruit and nuts. You may feel like a loser bulk buying what ultimately looks like hamster food. However if you're going to eat it for snacks every day. You're going to be saving yourself so much money. Remember there's a lot of calories in nuts however they contain really good natural oils that your body needs 💟

Strawberry and almond milk smoothie with 4 yellow scoops of protein world. Literally I love smoothies. This was my lunch when I got home from work. Literally took me 5 minutes to make. My blender is a black cooks blender that comes with five cup containers. 💟
Gym. Not my favourite thing. Still trying to find the best routine for myself. I fine or easier to do ten minutes in each thing then go back and do them again other wise I risk getting distracted. Hopefully it all pay off.
Hello, Bekah here, I've been dieting on and off for 2 years now. At my heaviest I've been 14st. I'm a yo yo dieter. But for the last month I've been on protein world. And I've lost a stone. My basic day involes, two smoothies; one for breakfast and one for lunch, fruit and nuts for snacks throughout the day and a meal in the evening. For me so far is working. This is my weight loss journey I hope your stick along for the ride
