Okay, I've been looking for a fic that I read awhile back but I can't seem to find it. It was a hogwarts au in which phil is a Slytherin and dan is a Gryffindor, but in their first year they got into a fight which resulted in Minerva casting a spell on the both of them so when they touched, dan would feel extreme pain. It was an enemies to lovers sort of thing, if that helps.

I lost a phanfic soulmate AU where Dan travels to neighboring cities with his friends to find his soulmate which is Phil and when he arrives, he sees that Phil has passed out/fainted and they have to travel to Australia? To get him cured and then there were challenges Dan had to go through to save him? I also remember that after he was saved his entire family died and Phil became a book author and went to Uni? Dan’s worst fear is being outed, and his boggart knows that. After being outed to his class, Phil shows him that there are scarier things than being gay (and maybe that wasn’t the smartest idea, but he’s a Hufflepuff, not a Ravenclaw).

Your Greatest Fear

Dan knows this spell, knows the theory behind it, knows that he needs to take the fear and turn it funny, visualise the form and then manifest the changes. Unwind the mummy, give the banshee laryngitis, put a silly hat and googly eyes on the chimaera. (or, the one where Dan faces his Boggart and learns a little bit more about Phil)
