I really like the art style of the first two games, it looks kinda goofy, and there's certainly an argument to made that the women still have to be conventionally attractive while the men get to be all shapes and sizes. But this is such a colossal downgrade in my opinion, they've removed the all the edge their art style had in order to make 'legally distinct character you swoon for in other games' and it's just kinda sad.

Like the world has some pretty bad proportions when you actually take the time to look at it (especially in Portia), but your able to look passed it because the npcs themselves are kinda wonky, but this screen cap highlights how bad that disconnect is gonna be in the next game.

I hope it does comes out solely so the backers aren't scammed but this seems like much of the same that came before it with a much less interesting artstyle.
