I absolutely love the parallel of the "you wear fine things well" moment. Cause these words are not really as surface as looks but are entirely about seeing each other's souls. And both Ed and Stede have not had people before who have seen each other's souls so clearly. It is a beautiful moment of friendship, romance, and overall just really seeing someone and telling them how beautiful you think their soul is.
