Due to her mother's side of the family being so far away -- the United Kingdom-- and having cousins that were her age but with a distance between them, Louisa took to writing to her cousins, Lottie and Stacy. Apart from the obvious Facetiming once a week and texts sent every so often, the girls always make sure to have at least one letter each month to each other. Whether they send each other a simple letter pertaining to what they've been up to or a package, they've all agreed to communicate "via snail mail" as to not wanting the trade to die out.
