different types of content slowed down (in order to get users to switch to cables, because many isps are also tv companies)

PAYMENT for different types or “tiers” of content - some for gaming, some for fb, some for skype/other messaging

more money for less data (which is a situation we’re already in but providers have shown they’re willing to push that idea as far as they can)

potentially literal censorship and blocking by providers

less access for lower class internet users due to monopolization of internet service 

this sounds like some scare tactic shit, yeah?

but I absolutely promise you, people out there have done the reporting and research and providers are absolutely willing to go this far. 

they went there with netflix, and netflix is HUGE. what are they willing to do to small organizations and start-ups?
