The Lich x Reader imagines (Enter the Gungeon)

Yeah this is very self indulgent. I haven’t seen a single lich x reader out there so I’ll take the first brave step. Reader is gender neutral :]

-The Lich has lived for a long time and has a lot of knowledge to share, especially about magic and gunplay. He also has a surprising amount of life advise and would listen to your problems and questions and give the best answer he could. He loves to listen to you talk, and is a very caring partner. 

-Although, he can be pretty clingy and has a jealousy problem. When you two first started dating he’d give anyone who looked at you wrong a deathglare, but he’s learned to control himself since then. And now that he’s together with a living human he can be a bit insecure about his undead appearance, but you always assure him that you love him despite his skeletal features. 

-He loves being physically close to you, and almost always holds your hand if neither of you are doing anything important. Feeling insecure about your body and skin? The Lich loves it. He loves your soft skin and your warmth, and doesn’t understand why you would ever dislike your physical appearance. You look perfect to him <3

-He doesn’t cuddle that often, but when he does he becomes a big teddybear, holding you as close as physically possible and stroking a hand down your back and waist. Usually the big spoon, but some days he wants to lay his head on your chest and listen to your heartbeat. It calms him down. 

-Loves being kissed by you and will always melt into a flustered mess when you kiss him anywhere on his face. He usually reciprocates by embracing you and nuzzling your face (since he lacks lips). One of his favorite things to do is gently taking your hand in his, and carefully dragging his teeth along your knuckles as if he’s giving you a kiss. Basically , this gun wizard loves hand holding!

-Would absolutely teach you fancy gun tricks, and would do that thing where he stands right behind you, holding his hands on yours as he’s helping you aim. He’s very patient and would be proud of every successful shot you make.

-Would let you borrow his hat. Enough said. He thinks it looks adorable on you.
