Fear is one of the greatest weapons satan uses against us, as it attacks our minds. He tells us everything that is contrary to the word of God. How can we fight against such thoughts? By believing the truth of the second part of the verse. God through His Holy Spirit has given us power, love and a sound mind, not in our strength but in His. Lord, teach me to live a victorious life through the empowering love and strength of Your Holy Spirit. Break those strongholds of fear that bind me up and keep me from experiencing the peace and joy that You desire for me. In Jesus’ name I ask, Amen.

Life is a mystery written by the Hand of God. It is designed to fulfill the Purpose of God. God works in the same mysterious way in the womb of a mother. The baby is carefully formed and every part mindfully put together. God is present in that small, dark place. When the baby is being formed, He looks upon the baby as unique and special. It is a powerful display of His love. God works with great attention to every detail of our lives. Our past and all that seems dark and hopeless, God can change into something beautiful. God knows all things. He knows the whys and whats and hows of our path. We have a choice:  to believe and trust in Jesus- He knows what He is doing, and that, what we are experiencing is not only temporary, but necessary.
